Exclusive use of our private room will be subject to a room fee.

Parties who would like to use the private room for more than a two-hour time block will be subject to an additional room fee.

The room holds 45 people comfortably, but the max is 50.

We ask that you come in 30 minutes prior to your event, and only bring 2 people to help assist. If it is going to take longer than 30 minutes for setup, we ask that you coordinate directly with your event planner.

You are allowed to bring in outside desserts as long as they are from an accredited bakery or store.

We do not have microphones, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. The room has bluetooth capabilities, so you are able to connect your phone or playlist.

Absolutely! As long as it is formatted as a JPEG file, and sized at 1900 x 1000 px.

No. You can order their meal off of our kids menu.

Unfortunately, you cannot, but we will work with you to customize your menu to fit the needs of you and your guests.

No, gratuity is not automatically added unless you are a bus tour/group, or you have asked for it to be included in order to get an idea of the all-in price.

Small plates are lunch-sized portions. If you have ever been to Nolan's for lunch, you know that they are fairly large!

Chef's Choice means our Chef determines the side options. This typically consists of a starch (such as smashed potatoes) and a vegetable, based on the restaurant’s current seasonal offering.

We ask that you give us your final menu selections ONE week prior to your event date, as well as your final guest count.

No. All final payments are due on the day of the event in full. Your event deposit ($500) will be redeemed as a credit towards your final payment.

Your date is secured once you have submitted a $500 deposit along with a signed event contract.

The Pier Room is equipped with a miniature bar, including spirits, wine, and beer, so your guests don’t have to leave the space to grab a drink. You may either run a tab for the event, or have your guests pay per drink.

Unfortunately, if you are a bus tour company, we do not comp the driver's meal. We understand that it is difficult to get the driver's order ahead of time, so they can pick their meal upon arrival. The meal(s) will be added to the final bill.
